Electrochemotherapy

Electrochemotherapy is a cancer therapy method in which a low dose of a chemotherapeutic agent is administered directly into the tumor region by means of an electric pulse. Administration of an electrical pulse directly into the tumor region. The electrical pulses cause pores in the cell membrane of the tumor, allowing the chemotherapeutic drugs to enter the cell penetrate the cell and take effect.
